Fleet dispatch: grow without becoming the full-time dispatcher.

For trucking companies running 2 or more trucks. We coordinate loads across your fleet around each driver's lanes and home time, vet every broker, and handle the paperwork, while you keep the final say.

Three semi trucks driving on a highway at dusk

Sound familiar?

Small fleets hit the same wall. The trucks multiply, and so does the dispatch work.

  • You became the dispatcherOwning more trucks was supposed to grow the business. Instead your day goes to load boards and driver calls.
  • Every driver runs differentlyHome time, preferred lanes and what each driver will and will not haul all live in your head.
  • Trucks sit between loadsWhen one truck delivers while you are busy with another, it waits. Idle trucks still have payments.
  • No clear view of the weekWhich truck is where, what is booked next, and which brokers pay on time is scattered across texts.

What fleet dispatch includes

Everything in our Professional plan, plus the coordination a fleet needs.

  • Driver preference profiles

Lanes, home time, equipment limits and freight each driver will run, written down and used on every search.

  • Fleet availability planning

We track when and where each truck frees up and work the next load before it delivers.

  • Multi-truck coordination

Loads planned across the fleet so trucks are not competing for the same freight or markets.

  • One broker standard

Every broker vetted the same way, with one do-not-use list across all your trucks.

  • Paperwork for every truck

Broker packets, rate cons and detention handled for the whole fleet.

  • Reporting on your schedule

Updates on what each truck ran, at the cadence you choose.

Your free fleet load plan

On the review call we look at every truck you want covered, and you leave with:

  • Which brokers will book your authority today
  • A minimum rate for each truck, based on your costs
  • A first-week plan by truck and location
  • The documents we need for each unit
  • The fleet fee and terms, before you sign
FIRST-WEEK GUARANTEE • 3 WAY LOGISTICS • $0if no loadin week one

First-week guarantee

If we don't book a load you approve in your first week, you pay nothing.

We put our fee on the line, not yours. You still approve every load, so the only way we get paid in week one is by booking freight you said yes to.

Your first week starts once your carrier setup is complete and your truck is available to load. The guarantee is written into your dispatch agreement before you sign.

Do I still approve the loads, or do my drivers?

Tell us how you want approvals to work on your review call. Whoever approves, nothing is booked without a yes.

Can you dispatch some of my trucks and not others?

Tell us on your review call which trucks you want covered, and we will talk through how that would work for your fleet.

What if my drivers want different lanes?

Each driver gets a preference profile, and loads are searched against it. That is the point of the Fleet plan.

How is fleet pricing set?

It depends on the number of trucks, equipment and level of support. We explain the fee and terms on your free review call, before you sign.
