New authority dispatch: get loads moving without the guesswork.
A new authority sees fewer brokers and more scams. We plan your first months around the freight you can actually get, vet every broker, and help you build the clean history that opens the rest of the market.

Why the first months are the hardest
None of this means you cannot run. It means the first months need a plan built for where your authority is today.
- Fewer brokers will book youMany brokers only work with authorities that have been active for a set period, so a new MC sees a smaller slice of the board.
- You are a target for scamsNew carriers are a favorite target for double brokering, fake loads and identity fraud because they have no history to check against.
- Every packet is a firstEach new broker relationship means a full setup packet, and one missing document can lose you the load.
- Early mistakes follow youMissed appointments or unclear terms on your first loads become the history the next broker looks at.
How we dispatch a new authority
The same service every carrier gets, focused on the problems a new MC actually faces.
Start with who will book you
We focus your search on brokers and freight that accept your authority age today, instead of wasting days on loads you cannot get.
Get your packets right once
We organize your authority, insurance, W-9 and factoring documents so setup is fast and consistent with every broker.
Vet every broker, every time
Authority, credit and contact details are checked through independent sources before your truck is committed.
Build a clean history
Well-qualified loads delivered on time build the record that opens more brokers as your authority ages.
First-week guarantee
If we don't book a load you approve in your first week, you pay nothing.
We put our fee on the line, not yours. You still approve every load, so the only way we get paid in week one is by booking freight you said yes to.
Your first week starts once your carrier setup is complete and your truck is available to load. The guarantee is written into your dispatch agreement before you sign.
Can you dispatch a brand-new MC?
Yes, subject to broker acceptance. Load availability depends on each broker's requirements and your authority age, so we build the plan around the brokers open to your MC today.
Can you guarantee loads while my authority is new?
No. Nobody can honestly guarantee loads for a new authority. What we can do is search where you are eligible, keep your paperwork ready, and avoid loads and brokers that put a new carrier at risk.
What should I have ready before we start?
Your active MC and USDOT details, certificate of insurance, signed W-9, notice of assignment if you factor, and your equipment details.
My authority is still pending. Should I contact you now?
Yes. Setting up your profile and documents while the authority is pending means we can start searching as soon as it is active.
Your part is short.
Send us the documents and your operating rules. We handle the searching, negotiating, packets and broker calls.
